Once you have found a property you wish to proceed with we will forward application forms together with HomeLet Credit Referencing Forms. There is an application fee payable prior to referencing. Proof of identity and residence is required in the form of a photo driving licence or passport and a recent utility bill.

Subject to successful referencing and cleared funds for the first months rent and the deposit we will book you into the house against a prepared inventory/schedule of condition. Please allow approximately one hour for this appointment.

Deposits on all properties are the equivalent of one and a half months rental and are held in accordance with the 2004 Housing Act.

At the end of the tenancy you will be booked out of the property against the original inventory/schedule of condition.
